401(k) - Inside Wireman's Agreement

Steps to sign up for the 401(k):

1. Go to the 401(k) website: https://www.ourbenefitoffice.com/nefp/benefits/

2. Create an account on the site

3. Complete the Enrollement Form on the site

4. Print out Enrollment Form and take it to your employer
